Your personal training begins with education and training, enabling you to lead a healthy lifestyle in your everyday life.

Activity: 1 hour - military style outdoor group fitness class.

Theory: Group presentations focusing on improved individual lifestyle and team integration and performance including fitness, nutrition, resilience and sleep hygiene.  Anyone can take part and these are designed to be friendly, informative and challenging so that everyone has a great day.

I have 24 years of military service and experience, including 19 years as an Army Physical Training Instructor. I am experienced in training large groups or in one-to-one training and along with my Military Qualifications I recently completed Gym Instructor (NVQ level 2), Personal Trainer (NVQ level 3) and Nutrition for Weight Management and Performance (NVQ level 4).  Further to the above I've also studied Sports, Health and Fitness at the University of Central Lancashire and have trained in all areas of Human Performance over the past 8 years.  

Experience includes Managing and Delivering in the Physical Training environment in some of the most challenging and rewarding establishments including the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, instructing specific fitness training to both potential/trained officers and soldiers.  In addition to this I've worked in the Recovery Pathway which focuses on anyone with Physical Injuries and also those that require direction to help improve their Mental Health.
