Personal Training

£30 an hour

My personal training sessions  include learning the theory behind fitness, and teaching you exercises and routines you can do at home. Each training plan is designed according to your goals and your starting point, and can be adapted as you develop to challenge you further.

Sessions usually proceed as follows:

  • Specific warm up
  • Structured session - Strength, Conditioning, Cardio or a combination
  • Specific cool down

Garage Gym Training facility which includes: Olympic Squat Rack, Concept 2 Rower, Assault Air Bike, Kettle Bells, Dumbbells, Medicine Balls, Slam Balls, Wall Balls, TRX and Battle Ropes.  All you require is a positive attitude, suitable clothing and water.

Corporate Boot Camps

Equipment used: Battle ropes, kettle bells, medicine balls, power bags, and more. Anyone can take part and sessions are delivered to any level of fitness. 

The session will include:

  • Presentation on fitness, nutrition and performance
  • Lunch break
  • Afternoon fitness sessions

Get in touch to discuss what kind of training session you are looking for, and for a no-obligation quote. Sessions with up to 20 people are from £250 per day, and can take place anywhere in the West Midlands.






Nutritional Advice

Your Path Performance can get you on the right track towards your goals. My nutrition qualifications and knowledge means you will never be short of information on how to improve your diet.

My nutrition sessions include:

  • Sitting down together or via a Zoom call to discuss goals
  • Compiling a nutritional plan tailored to you based on those goals
  • Advice and support, and amending the plan if appropriate
